MORTGAGE LENDER

The Mortgage Department is seeking an individual to fill a full-time position originating permanent conventional residential mortgage loans in Miami-Dade County. Specific focus will be on low and moderate income neighborhoods. Incumbent must have a minimum 2 years mortgage origination experience. Previous mortgage loan processing experience is helpful, but not a requirement. Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, and other investor guidelines is preferred. Must be computer literate. BUSINESS BANKER

Pointe Bank is seeking an individual to fill a challenging position in Coral Gables. Individual will oversee and manage commercial and real estate loans and will be responsible for a staff of business bankers in the Coral Gables office. The individual chosen to fill this position must be a "100% team-player". Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Strong management skills a MUST. · Analyzes the credit history of applicants and determines their loan repayment capabilities. · Negotiates credit terms, such as costs, loan repayment methods and collateral specifications. · Develops and maintains interest rate structure to be consistent with policies and procedures, and to be competitive with current market rates. · Evaluates potential customer loan requests and makes loan recommendations to management. · Develops new customer prospects and business. · Performs other duties as assigned. HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Highly motivated, organized individual needed to fill full-time Human Resources Officer position in the Boca office. Individual will provide complete range of support for the Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, communicating directly with other Bank employees, assisting in administration of payroll and attendance records, maintaining employee files, processing and recording incoming insurance invoices, maintaining applicant flow statistics for Affirmative Action, conducting new hire orientations, assisting with salary surveys and job descriptions, and maintaining job posting system. Must be capable of multi-tasking. Must have the ability to readily adjust priorities to meet business needs/demands. Must be capable of explaining FMLA, HIPAA, insurance, tuition reimbursement, and other HR policies and bank policies to employees in a clear, concise, courteous, and professional manner. Must be proficient in Word and Excel. ADP experience HELPFUL, HRIS experience a plus. Minimum 3 years previous Human Resource generalist experience required.
